Connected platforms
Every email platform can put a subscriber’s address or id into a link, so one Baxly link in your campaign gives each recipient their own survey, with nothing uploaded and every response tied to a person. Connecting the platform here adds the rest: Baxly pulls the contact details you choose in with each response, and tells the platform who finished so your own reminders skip them.

Then, on each survey
Open the survey, go to Campaigns, and add a campaign from your email platform. Its Link & connection step is where you pick which contact fields to bring in, whether finishing tags the contact, and which answers to write to fields. The link template with the right merge tag is there too.
Using ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, Brevo, Constant Contact, Omeda or something else? The one-link sending works with all of them today; the write-back runs through a Baxly webhook and a short Zapier or Make flow, described on the same page. Go to your surveys
